Cancellation, Refund, and Rescheduling Policy

Thank you for choosing our services. We understand that sometimes circumstances change and you may need to cancel your order. Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

Cancellations with a full refund are permitted up to 10 Business Days before the course scheduled date.    A small transaction fee may apply.

Rescheduling is offered on a best efforts basis within 3 or more Business Days before the course scheduled date, based on our published course schedule.  If you need to reschedule within three business days of the course, we will do our best to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee availability.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your order. We will work with you to find the best solution.
