Our Process for ISO 9001 Implementation

Our process combines on-site and remote activities that include:

Gap Assessment

Our team identify gaps between your current way of doing things and the ISO Standard way of doing things.

This will begin with a physical review of your premises. Our team conducts targeted interviews with the staff and assess your current documentation.

We will create a Gap Assessment Report outlining the details of processes needed to become ISO compliant and certified.

This includes designing customized compliant processes for your organization.

Awareness Training

T-Next will train your staff to provide a solid understanding of the ISO 9001 Standard.

Staff will also learn about their own processes under the ISO Standard.

Also included is training on Risk and Opportunity Management, giving staff the tools to find and analyze risks, and create mitigation plans to minimize the impact and cost of any type of risk that can occur in their processes.

Staff will also learn to identify process improvement opportunities and how to implement them in the organization.

Documentation

Once the Gap Assessment is complete, T-Next will begin preparing the customized ISO compliant Documentation for your organization. This will include five levels of documents:

• Quality Manual,
• Processes,
• Procedures,
• Worksheets, and
• Records.

Both the management and T-Next will review and approve documents for implementation.

Implementation

Training on revised processes is provided to Departmental Heads on how to use the documentation, and how to
implement controls to ensure all processes are being followed as per the approved documentation.

Internal Audit

An Internal Audit will be conducted where all departments will undergo a cross-audit by approved internal auditors.

Certification by IAF-Approved Body

Once the ISO standard is implemented, T-NEXT will refer your organization to an IAF approved certification body.
